main function
1 Feeding unit:can choose the lead edge feeding system with vacuum absorption and kiker feeding system,feeding and printing combined to reduce the clearence of gear,equipped with flexible feeding the corrugated cardboard,auto-zeroing,auto reset.All roller is plated hard Chromium and balanced treatment,all transmission gears is made of alloy stell,hard and abrasive.
2 Printing unit :adopts linked devices,anilox roller automatically lift with the feeding system,equipped with phase fixtures,Electromagnetic Clutch Brake insititutions.Application of free key ring connected to reduce the center wear and tear,a figure to enlarge,and ensure long-term precision printing.
3 Slotting unit:adopt advanced press combined electrical ,creasing and advanced press at the same time ,electrical adjust the carton's length,width and height.
4 Die cutting unit:die cutting roller adopts hydraulic system ,used to control its axial movement . with a speed diffierence compensation device to ensure that the cutting of the carton size is fully consistent with the knife mold.
5 Control unit:each unit is controlled by PLC, electromagnetic clutch brake; phase adjust digital
display.
