3 Around baffle and kicker are adjusted by electric adjustment and by the LCD digital display, the adjustment of die—cutting phase adopt planetary gear by electric adjustment ,fast and convenient and accurate.

4 Steel bowl using high quality steel, the internal quenching and tempering, surface grinding and hard chromium plating so balanced, smooth functioning of the increase. The rubber is imported from America, install quickly and easily change, cutting edge smooth, long life; cutting roller hydraulic device used lateral movement ,  a distance of 40mm. provided with pneumatic roller device under the control of take—off and landing roll movements to ensure that in the absence of cardboard drum distance through two trailer opened ,the maximum protection from harm pad.

5 Equipped with automatic rubber prosthetic devices, under normal circumstances could be restored 4—5 times; at the same time the use of the speed difference device  without operator intervention automatic adjust the roller speed, ensure that each batch of carton size is fully consistent.
