Introduction to Active Calcium Oxide Calcination:
  The active calcium oxide with good quality, fast reaction and complete slag is internationally widely used to replace the ordinary calcium oxide in metallurgy industry. The active calcium oxide, due to its features of small grain size, high porosity, small volume and density, large specific surface area, strong reaction, low impurities and even particle size etc, is also widely used in the high-end products in chemical and other industries.

  In the calcination of calcium carbonate to produce active calcium oxide, the dynamic calcination process used is a new process of calcium carbonate calcination; grind the calcium carbonate into <125 subject powder, and then enters into the dynamic calciner, under the high-temperature decomposition for a few seconds, it will generate the active calcium oxide. The calcination is fast and heat transfer therein is even, so it is the advanced process to produce active calcium oxide, and it is also an advanced process to decompose the caustic lime.  

Product Introduction:
  It is a type of furnace in which the powdered materials is calcinated with hot air. It is mainly composed of the pre-heating dryer, heat exchanger, calcination-decomposition furnace, trap, heat source and so on. When entering into the calciner, the materials can be fast decomposed after a few seconds. It is the powered material that is under calcination in order to make the calcinated material even, and there is no raw calcination and over-calcination, so the calcination temperature can be accurately controlled.

Working Principle:
  The material or cake-shaped calcium carbonate, calcium hydroxide is fed into dryer or pre-heating via feeder, and take the residue hot air generated from the decomposition of calcium carbonate by calcination-decomposition furnace as the heat source for the above drying, the dried calcium carbonate is fed into calciner for calcination, and the decomposed calcium oxide is discharged from the dumping port.
