PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
HT1220-800 Arch Roofing Sheet Forming Machine is suitable for producing all kinds of different span roof.
the machine is composed of two parts: roll moulding machine and bend moulding machine. The coil cradle is used for support the decoiler.The roll moulding machine, The electric machine and cycloidal-pin gear speed reducer move come-and-go to make the upper wheels and lower wheels turn and roll the plate into designed shape with the help of
sleeve rolls chain.The cutting edgeis driven by Mechanical power (or hydraulic power as client's requirement).The rolling part is to make the moulded colour plate cockle with the help of the side impellers driven by 2 electric machines. The required arch radian can be adjusted by moving the handwheel. The auxiliaries, splints that is used for the plate's outgoing are put on the supporting deck.
