Introduction to Medicinal Intermediate Drying Process:

　　The special flash evaporation dryer developed and manufactured by our company was recently successfully put into operation in the Northeast Pharmaceutical Factory Berberine Branch. The traditional drying method for berberine medicinal intermediate is carried out via drying box, after drying it still needs to be crushed and screened. The application of the special flash evaporation dryer can feed the filter-pressed filter cake directly into the special flash evaporation dryer into powder via continuous drying. The drying, crushing and classification can be completed by a single machine under the enclosed operation conditions. The product is not overheated, and the drying and evenness quality is significantly improved as compared with the traditional production method. This program of Northeast Pharmaceutical Factory has passed the National GMP certification. This drying method has broad application prospects in the milling and drying for the medicinal intermediate industry (such as riboflavin, oxytetracycline and other tablet preparation intermediate) in China.
