LD/LDA type motor driven single girder overhead crane
Single beam overhead travelling crane has such features as reasonable structure and fine rigidity.
It is widely used for material handling in various industries, such as mechanical processing workshops, machinery manufacture, metallurgy, petroleum, petrifaction, port, railway, civil aviation, food, papermaking, construction, electronics industries, workshop and warehouses, etc.
Lifting capacity: 0.25T-20T and its span is 7.5m-22.5m, working classification is A3-A5, and the ambient temperature is -25C-40C.
Method of control:
Ground control and air control. There are open and closed styles for driver’s cabin; it could be divided into left and right installation according to practical situations.
Ground control: 1. Pendant line control 2. Remote control
Air control: 1. Cabin control
Safety features:
- Overload protection: if the material is over the capacity, the crane will give a sharp warning for protection itself.
- Emergency brake: if he operation staff encounter some emergency situation, we could start the emergency brake system to protection the related treasure.
- Control method: room control or remote control to avoid any injures to the operation staff.
- Main lifting motor: with the thermal protection and currency protection
- Hooks with latch, rubber buffers, protective earthing, crane switch and travel end switch.
- Sub-assemblies characteristic are tested before assembly.
