2.The machines are configured with a T-shaped bed employing a moving column design, and the worktable is fully supported at all times. 

3.The PBC machines utilize a two-speed gear box that is fitted with hardened and precision ground gears and shafts that are continually force lubricated. 

4.These machines utilize extra heavy box way construction featuring integral steel induction hardened ways. 

5.The guide way surfaces are coated with wear reducing anti-friction liners. 

6.The X and Y axes use a hybrid design box and linear roller guide on the side way to reduce friction and thermal growth. 

7.The X, Y, and Z axes are equipped with  HEIDENHAIN scales. 

8.The rotary table features a dual worm gear drive and a HEIDENHAIN circular scale to ensure accuracy.
