Structure
1.This machine is composed by frame, top blade beam, hold-down device, work table, front and back gauge, NC system and
electric system;
2. Holistic welding structure treated by annealing;
3. The upper blade carrier swing downward under the driven of hydraulic cylinders and return by nitrogen cylinders.
Performance
1. The frame is entirely welded with steel plates, vibration to eliminate stress. With high strength and good rigidity.
2. After welding, the frame is processed by CNC pentahedron at one time to ensure the rigidity and accuracy.
3. Hydraulic drive, return of knife beam is smooth and prompt by accumulator or nitrogen cylinder. With easy operation, reliable performance and nice appearance.
4. Manual adjustable blade clearance. There is indicator for adjusting the blade clearance, easily operation.
