Main Application:
The low temperature conversion catalyst called B208 is applicable to the process of low content CO transform reaction (CO+HO2→CO2+H2) in hydrogen and ammonia process made by the raw gases natural gas, coke-oven gas, refinery gas naphtha, oilfield gas and so on.
Features:
1. Low bulk shrinkage rate
The bulk shrinking rate of B208 is around 5%, while the rate of the latest ammonia synthesis producing in domestic is around 10%. The shrinkage rate influences the activity and longevity of the furnace layers directly. If the shrinkage is high, there will be bridging phenomena between the catalyst particles causing the gas flow distributed unevenly. The rate is especially important to shift reactor on axial direction.
2. The active component distributing evenly
Cu is distributed evenly and in multiple forms and has big specific surface. So it has the permances of easier reductive, good active. the initial reduction temperature of B208 series of catalyst is generally at 160 ℃, reduction time is in 50 hours (reduction space velocity is faster than 200 per hour). The inlet temperature at the first period using is around 180 ℃.
3. Good strength and strong resistance to erosion performances
We inspect the catalysts by using the flow for as 6 to 7 times as the axial velocity on them, consequently, there is no broken. After boiling half an hour in the boiling water, the catalyst particles are all intact.

Packing and Transportation:
1. Lined with plastic film bag with plastic packing seal, 50 kg net weight a barrel, and barrels are marked tags within the catalyst model, batch number, net weight, production team, production date, etc.
2. In the transportation process should either be paid attention to in the keep away from moisture, or avoid rolling, falling touch or intensely shocking, and should prevent the rain facilities; Products should be stored in a dry and ventilated place, against pollution or moisture.
