Methanation Catalyst

Main Application:
J108-2Q, the methanation catalyst, is a new type of titanium and rare earth of nickel catalyst, which is mainly used for synthesis ammonia or hydrogen producing unit to remove the low concentration of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide from the hydrogen-enriched feed gas to get the inactive gas of methane and water which could be removed easily, so as to achieve the purpose of purifying the gas. It is one of the most widely used, the largest number of sales and users catalysts in China at present. The methanation catalyst has made a great achievement in any type of devices at high, at middle or at low pressure conditions.
Features:
1. High activity at low temperature
The activity is superior to other catalysts absolutely at low temperature, saving a great quantity of heating up energy. The lowest operating temperature is 210 ℃.
2. Widespread application
It has been applied on the biggest devices for methanation-carbinol, and the devices with the highest space velocity or the lowest pressure in China, which all have great effects.
3. High strength, low resistance
The catalyst has high strength, could be loaded conveniently, can resist liquid entrainment and the accident of temperature jump. And the resistance of catalyst would not increase during using.
4. High contents of active component and addictive
Active components and metal additive total content is high, which has better synergy effect and longer service life.
Using conditions:
1. S content in feed gas: ≤0.1ppm
2. Cl- content in feed gas: ≤0.03 ppm
3. Reduce temperature at beginning: 210℃
4. The range of operating temperature: 250～430℃
5. Inlet temperature at the first period: 250～270℃
6. The operating pressure: 0.5～4.5MPa
7. The operating space velocity: ≤10000h-1

Packing and Transportation:
1. Packed with plastic film bag with plastic packing seal, 50 kg net weight or liter a barrel, and barrels are marked tags within the catalyst model, batch number, net weight, production team, production date, etc.
2. In the transportation process should either be paid attention to in the keep away from moisture, or avoid rolling, falling touch or intensely shocking, and should prevent the rain facilities; Products should be stored in a dry and ventilated place, against pollution or moisture.
