Main application:
The catalyst is usually used for protecting overheating of secondary reforming catalyst and coke-oven gas reforming catalyst for reformer from deactivation. The Z025 produced by our company is a new type of ring sintering nickel supported thermal protection reforming catalyst. The supporter is sintered at the temperature of more than 1500 ℃ so that it would be uneasy to deform and the outer size of the large particle can guarantee the capabilities of thermal storage and resistance to thermal shock. And the nickel supported can play a role in pre-reforming to some degree.
Features:
1. Good performance of resistance to heat
The supporter of Z205 catalyst is sintered at the temperature of more than 1500 ℃ so the thermal stability is very good. After the repetitive tests, it is proved that the catalyst has good resistance to heat by testing a particle to be uneasy to deform and break under the weight of 1.9kg for four hours.
2. Good performance of heat storage
    The thermal protection catalyst must have good heat storage performance to protect the catalyst by buffering the suddenly increased temperature. The particle of Z205 is large, so this performance is superior to the multihole or boll type ones absolutely.
3. Having some capability of transformation efficiency
Z205 contains more nickel than multihole boll and other similar products, so that some transformation reaction proceeds on the catalyst. And the transformation effect is superior to multihole boll catalyst absolutely due to the higher nickel content.

Packing and Transportation:
