Application:
Before adding the WOR, you need to adjust the PH of working solution as follows:
Add acetic acid 91-1.5g/L in the working solution. Generally speaking, the resistant to shear force of perfluorochemicals are limited, so control the flowing of liquid as soon as possible. If stir fast, the emulsion will be damaged but some yellow bubble. The bubble on the surface of emulsion should be cleaned, and the textile must be pretreatment without surface activity residue, or the residue such as fiber oil agent, sizing agent, surface activity residue and dyeing assistants that maybe affect the effect. And the textile will be also affected by finishing agent that contain silicon or softening agent. So we recommend: cleaning with the 2g/L AT100B firstly, and then neutralize with 1mg/L acetic acid (60%).
Usage:
WOR can be used by dip-padding method, bubble method and spray method. The dosage base on the requirement of fiber and effect is 10-40g/L.
Recommend technology process as follows:
Polyester-cotton fabric
30-60g/L WOR Drying: 110-130℃
Mangle expression: 60-80% Curing: 160℃, 1min
Storage:
If store in 0℃ or below for a long time, the product will be freed. When heating to 20-25℃, the product can be reuse without any other additional measures. Please don't store at higher than 40℃ as this product is sensitive to be heated, or will produce irreversible damage. If store in a warm space, you should do some test before use it.
