High Concentrate Anti-skid Finishing Agent (JR-300)
Product Composition:

Modified colloidal polysilicic acid, belongs to Cation model.

Scope of application:

As an anti-skid finishing agent for all kinds of textiles, especially as the lining of regenerated fiber or synthetic fiber, and then reach the soft feel.

Characteristics:

White liquor

The density is 1.30-1.35g/ cm3 in the 20℃

Be dissolved easily in the water.

Can be acted as resin finishing agent

Can compatible with the cationic and nonionic finishing agent

Excellent anti-skid function

Decrease pilling

Generate much softer than the siliceous acid scattered liquor

Have affect on the gloss of textiles

Application:

You can dilute JR-300 in the cold water, and then add finishing liquor. If you want to add some cross-linking agent into the liquor, and maybe appear some instability for mixed liquor, so you should do intermiscibility test at first.

Dosage: 5-10g/L (JR-300)

Mangle expression: 60-80%

Drying: ≤ 130℃

It can be used with cationic and nonionic products, but you should do some compatibility test at first.

It can not be used with anionic products. If you use the softening or smoothing agent at the same time, which maybe bring some disadvantage to the effect, but you can do some tests if necessary.

It can also be used for WEKO atomizing.

Atomizing application guidelines: The aerosol appears in the production process, which may be harmful to human body. Therefore, you can only spray in the obturator or make the best discharge, at the same time, you should keep adequate ventilation in the room so as to prevent the aerosol pervade in the work environment.

Storage:

Please store in hermetic and pay attention to prevent freezing, and do not store in lower than 0℃.
