Chitin Finishing Agent (JR-G)
[Product usage]

The functions of chitin are known to all over the world. The main ingredient of JR-G is natural chitosan. JR-G is a high security finishing agent, and appropriate for all sorts of fiber that contain natural fiber (cotton, fur), and chemical fiber textiles (polyster, nylon, mucilage glue), so as to achieve the excellent washable.

[Characteristics]

Appearance: slight yellow liquor

Composition: chitosan and oligomer macromolecule resinous amalgam.

Ionicity: cationic

PH value: alkalinity (1% aqueous solution)

Dissolubility: dissolved easily in the warm or cold water.

[Specialty & Advantages]
Specialty: Wide application, excellent effect. Reactivity finishing agent, good security. No effect for the index of textile , and can promote the merabolism.
Advantage:
1 Has good uvioresistant effect on natural fiber or synthon.
2 Can combine the effect of adsorption and chaining with fiber permanently.
3 No irritant, anaphylaxis for skin, and non toxic, no teratogencity, no cancerogen, and meet the requirment of environmental.
4 No harmful effect for whiteness, colored light, brute force, feel and air permeability of fiber.
5 Keep warm and care skin, having fresh and comfortable effect.

[Usage]

You can choose dipping, padding or spraying technology to use JR-G, and the dosage usually is 1.5-3o.w.F, and the specific dosage and usage according to the variety and purpose of textiles.

(1) Padding technology

1 Ingredient: JR-G: 15-30g/L, adding water and stirring well, and then complete working fluid

2 Processes: bleaching and dyeing print fabric → padding in the JR-G (mangle expression is 60-70%) → drying (70-100℃)

(2) Dipping technology

1 Ingredients: JR-G: 1.5-3% (o.w.F)

Make working fluid: firstly, adding clear water into the dipping tank, and then add 1.5-3% (o.w.F) JR-G to stir well.

2 Processes: dyeing fabric → dipping finishing liquor (bath ratio: 1:10, 50-60℃, 30-40min) → curing → drying

[Attention]

1 Don't co-bath with anionic products.

2 Chitosan contains amino natural cationic macromolecule substance, which will change the fastness and colored light of a few fluorescent dyes, and decrease the fluorescent whiteness of some fluorescent whitening agents, so you should do test before using.
