Corrosion-resistant
The chemical characteristics and compact structure of UV coating make UV surface good Corrosion resistance. Some things like wine, vinegar will not erode the surface of UV decorative board.
The solid contents of UV coating exceed 99.5%, which makes the least volatile and surface compact. Another reason is that the curtain process is adopted, which makes the film smooth and easy to clean.
The Structure of UV coating is cross linked and coalesced, and molecules is like a huge net, so the structure of molecules is stable, the heat resistance is good. The UV decorative board will not be easy to soften.
High coalesced degree of UV coating makes the surface of UV decorative board high hardness, reaches 3H. The scratch resistance is better than baking varnish, PU varnish, so the surface will not be easy to scratch and keeps new for a long time after using.
