[Properties]

HR-50B is special modified elastomer, which is used for shrink resistant finish of wool fabric. HR-50B can form an elastic membrane to the fiber surface and cover squama structure of the wool fabric effectively, and then prevent the wool fabric shrink as squama and reach the standard “wash in the machine” from international wool board and has wonderful feeling; it can also be used for pilling resistance finish of Dacron and its blend fabrics, and show the outstanding pilling resistance effect. The feeling can be adjusted through co-bath with anion, nonionic softening agent, and has little effect on the rate of the index.

1 Wool fabric shrink resistant finish:

Exhaustion method:  pilling resistance agent      1.5~4% (w.o.f)

Padding:           pilling resistance agent      10~30g/L

2 Pilling resistance finish:

Padding:           pilling resistance agent      5~20g/L
