[Advantages]

1 After processing by JR-E, the polyester fabrics such as Dacron will have some characteristics just like baffeta’s, for example, absorb the moisture and release the sweat easily, and wash easily as well, and have durable moisture absorption and sweat releasing function.

2 Keep the good durability for Dacron after appropriate heat setting.

3 After heat setting, the textile and clothes that are processed by JR-E can attain the effect just like processed by organosilicon.

4 Provide good antistatic behavior and hydrophily for chemical fiber fabric (Dacron etc.).

5 Improve the rate of dye-uptake of fabric, and decrease the discharge of dyeing wastewater.

[Application Scope]

Apply to moisture absorption and sweat releasing finish, antistatic finish and soft processing in bath of Dacron, acetate, chinlon and blend facric.

[Usage]

Dipping: dyeing fabric → add JR-E (1.0～4.0% o.w.f, Bath ratio: 1:5~20, 40~50℃× 30～60min) → dehydration →drying

Padding: dyeing fabric → padding in JR-E (10～30g/L) → padder dehydration → drying (130～170℃×20～30s).

Point: Choose the specific technology according to the sample test.

[Package & Storage]

Net 125KG per plastic drum, and store in hermetic and standard temperature for 6 months.
