R-55 is high polymer material polymerize emulsion of vinyl acetate and acrylate, which used in all kinds of textiles.

Appearance: ivory thickness colloid      

Ingredients: 55±2%

Ionicity: nonionic                     

PH: 4.5-6.5

Bonding degree: 8000-10000mpa.s  

Dissolvability: Easy (with different proportion of water)

Intermiscibility: dissolving with a portion of anions and nonionic, please dilute before using in other cationic auxiliary agents.

 [Characteristics]

1 R-55 has good adhesive force, film forming property for textiles, and provide stiffening feel for textile as well. Have washable through the high temperature processing.

2 R-55 has no pungent smell in the processing.

3 The stability of R-55 (Heat resistance) within 12 hours, please use it as soon as possible.

4 Environmental, and the PPM index meets the international standard. We can offer the detective report from authoritative organization, and reach the requirement of customers.

[Usage]

    Based on the feel choose different dosages.

    Suggested dosage:

        Use once padding technology and 15~20g/L of dosage for cotton, however, use 20-30g/l for Dacron. The specific dosage is base on the fabric weave and the soft or hard of textiles. In the technology, padding firstly, and then drying. After drying, the textile can reach the stiffening effect. The dosage of dip dyeing is 5.0~8.0g/L. Firstly, soak the textiles in the dye vat uniformity and then dry them.

[Package & Storage]

Net 125KG per plastic drum, and store in the cool and shade place (5~35℃) for 6 months, preventing too hot and too cold. The storage temperature appropriate in the normal temperature and please add antifreeze solution if the temperature under 0℃.
