4. Defense level: NIJ IIIA  which can resist 9 mm FMJRN bullets or 44 Magnum SJHP bullets

5. Stitching: All velcro would be double stitched and inner stitch would be 0.1 cm away from the outer stitch. Kevlar/equivalent thread to be used for stitching soft armour panels.
