Agricultural machinery bi-component glue


 Features:
This product can be fast curing at room temperature; a higher adhesive  strength; the 
toughness is good. At the room temperature , the aluminum  specimen's  resistance 
of the shear strength is above 1.2MPa; The strength of pulling off unevenly is more than 
12N/cm. And it can resisted well off the oil, water and the normal chemical; easy to be 
use; especially for the emergency of the construction site.

 Application:
This product can be well used on Metal materials, like steel, cast iron, aluminum, copper;
and on the non-metallic materials like glass, ceramics, bakelite, wood, cement 
production, leather and so on. The fast curing repair can be for the components and parts
 of the variety of mechanical and the electrical instruments without large stress and below 
120℃. In addition, if use the glass cloth,canvas, cotton, metal, etc;or a combination with riveting,
 spot welding to enhance the bonding of the machine , meanwhile can used under the 
large force, and the complicated shape parts.

Usage:

The bonding surface need to be cleaned by the  alcohol or acetone, if it is metal ,it needs 
to be polished into a rough surface. Pull the adhesive (which in the plastic pipe) and the 
curing agents (which in the glass tube) all into a clean glass containers,uniform mixing ,
then it can be used. After placing the glue, it takes 1-3hours at the room temperature or 
half an hour if keep in 60 ° C .

Note:
There is the precipitation of the adhesive as it is componented with filler, there is nothing 
affect the bonding quality if mix thoroughly before use it.

  Storage:
The optimal storage is in cool and dry at the temperature from -2 ℃ to 20 ℃.
 It can last for 2 years.
