Cang Bao 271 anaerobic adhesive (screw thread locking sealant)


Performance and Usage:
The main body of Cang Bao 271 screw locking sealant is Methylacrylic acid  ester 
modified resin. There are enough oxygen inside the bottle to keep the glue in stable. 
After coating on the thread or the gap junction without oxygen, it transfer into the free 
radicals by the catalytic action of the metal iron , then the free radicals leads the 
iformation of the polymer chains, fast-curing to be thermosetting plastic with 
the excellent sealing and locking properties . It can resist well the oil, water, 
acid-base, solvents and chemicals excellent performance.
In industrialized countries the Anaerobic sealant is with its unique performance, 
reliable,easy to operate, easy storage, high efficiency, anti-aging etc, has been widely 
used in automobiles, motorcycles, machinery, electronic instruments, meters and 
other types of parts of the screw locking, sealing, leak-proof.

Instructions:
1. Clear off the oil, dust, rust, etc from the surface., and make it dry.
2.Coated the anaerobic adhesive on the sticking surface , follow the original instruction 
to assemble the parts , wiped away the overflow glue, rest for curing.
3.Shake well before using.


Note:
1 This glue should not be used on plastic parts; as to avoid polluting the original glue, 
do not pour the glue back into the original packaging.
(2) This glue contains hydroxypropyl acrylate and methyl methacrylate resin,might irritate
 the skin and eyes if contact, when taking operation should keep the air circulating.
3. If contact with the skin, it needs flush immediately; if contact with eyes, flush and see a 
doctor asap.

Storage:

Keep in cool, dry place at room temperature range from 15~28centrigrade
