Hot Cold Pack
Applications:
.  Can be used as hot or cold compress easily and conveniently
.  Use for first-aid applications
.  Soft touch and comfortable on skin
.  Provides long lasting hot or cold temperatures
.  Microwaveable for use as a hot pack
.  Cold compress: use for physical therapy applications, heatstroke, headaches.  
 . Hot compress: alleviate rheumatic pain, muscular pain, sciatica, back pain and
   post surgical applications

Instructions:
.  For cold compress: place pouch in the freezer for at least a half an hour before
   use to cool
.  For hot compress: put the pouch into microwave oven for 1-2 minutes and heat to
   desired temperature. Use extreme caution when removing as the pouch can get very
   hot. It is recommended that the pouch is wrapped in a soft cloth when used for
   hot applications.

.  For external use only.Harmfui if swallowed.If solution is swallowed ,drink several glasses of water and contact your doctor immediately.
.  Do not puncture bag.If pack breaks and fluid contact skin or eyes,flush with water immediately and consult your doctor .Keep out of reach of children.
