Cast film line (single and multi-layer coextrusion)

 

Applicable Resins include LLDPE, LDPE, EVA etc.

Clear film, embossed film and flat film can be made with relevant rollers equiped on line.

 

Cast films are commonly used for making sterile supplies including disposable gloves, shoe covers, sleeve covers, apron,shower cap, bath curtain, operation clothes, cleaning clothes and also for packing film and liners for sanitary towel, baby napkin.

 

Single layer and multi-layer cast film line are available at customer's request.

 

Friction winder and automatic winder are available to meet with different needs.

 

Recycle and pelletizing devices is at your option for recycle and reuse the edge trims.
