Introduction of Impact Crushing Plant :
Our company has introduced advanced technology from home and abroad to successfully design and manufacture the up-to-date impact crusher in line with the specific industrial and mining conditions in China. Our impact crusher is used for crushing various rocks, constructing railway, expressway roadbed and dam area of power station, producing artificial sand-stone for the building industry, etc. It is used to crush coarse, medium and fine stones whose compressive strength is no more than 300MPa and Moh' s hardness is lower than the 8th degree, such as limestone, basalt, granite, concrete, slag, cement block, etc.
 
Application of Impact Crushing Plant :
1.Close or open circuit processes available
2.Single unit for primary and secondary applications
3.Processing of medium-hard stone like limestone
4.All rock-based demolition materials: bricks, concrete, asphalt
 
Features of Impact Crushing Plant :
1. Impact crusher is featured with high crushing ratio, large feed hole, adjustable discharge hole and little powdery finished product.
2. Crushing is conducted with multiple crushing cavities. The impact crusher is particularly suitable for hard rock crushing.
3. The rotor is designed with the most advanced finite-element analysis technology for local reinforcement.
4. The high-chromium plate hammer is manufactured with crystal alloy which results in its sound impact resistance and wear resistance.
5. Wedge-shaped clamp is used to keep crusher rotor and plate hammer fixed.
6. The space between impact plate and plate hammer is convenient to adjust. The finished product is cubic-shaped.
7. Impact crusher is small in size, occupying very little space.
8. Designed with a hydraulic opening device, easy and convenient to operate, install and maintain.
9. The new wear resistant materials enable the plate hammer, impact plate and lining plate to have a longer service life.
