The steel pipe is precoated with FBE and then winded with adhesives and polyethylene in three-layer PE anticorrosion production lines. This production line is a widely used process at home and abroad for steel pipe anticorrosion such as the transportation of oil and gas in oilfield, the transportation of urban gas and water supply.

FBE is a kind of thermosetting and nontoxic paint which will create high molecular cross-linked coating with excellent anticorrosion performance and mechanical behavior, especially its optimal abradability and adhesion. FBE is regarded as superior anticorrosion coating as its 100% solid with high utilization ratio up to 95% and free from pollution.
