The solenoid operated directional valve which uses solenoid to move spool directly is a small operated directional valve, it mainly controls circulation and direction of fluid, it also can be pilot control valve to control all kinds of large diameter valve (electro-hydraulic operated directional valve or 2-way cartridge valve), so that it is piloted of large power valve.

WE directional control valve is solenoid operated directional slide valve, it can control opening, closing and direction of fluid.

This directional control valve mainly includes body (1), 1 or 2 solenoids (2), control spool (3), and 1 or 2 reposition spring (4).

During no electricity flowing, control spool retains middle or initial position through reposition spring, which is operated by wet solenoid.

In order to obtain satisfied operation, solenoid in pressure chamber must be filled with fluid.

The solenoid power puts control spool to required position from stillness by push rod. This makes fluid free flow from P to A, B to T, P to B or A to T.

When electricity broken, control spool is pushed by reposition spring to initial position.
