BP Series Strong Impact Crusher
BP series strong impact crusher is a series of new highly efficient impact crusher developed on the basis of Germany, Austria and other foreign advanced models. It is applied to primary, secondary and fine crushing of a variety of materials with the largest feed size is not more than 500 mm , compression strength not more than 250Mpa. It has the features of unique structure, easy operation, high-efficiency and saving energy, good product shape-cubic like, adjustable discharge size etc. It can be widely used in electricity, water, highway artificial aggregate crushing industry and so on.
Structural design has a unique scroll broken cavity and P, S, T broken three areas, the use of rotor body sleeve keyless connection, high-performance wear-resistant plate hammer, insert the installation of forms, tilt chock unique profile counterattack lining board, multi-directional rack to open the door, screw or hydraulic device to open the replacement of wearing parts, maintenance more convenient.

The superiorities of BP series impact crusher:
- New style rotor part can offer very high rotating inertness and hammer crushing ability which improved the final product ratio for one crushing and the lifetime of hammer head.
- Special “S” shape hammer head design, which keeps the crushing outline confirmed during the whole working life, makes sure the product level stable.

- Impact frame hand is relied on self-weight. Discharge gap can be adjusted by a wire rope. This design has been prevented to many errors comparing with spring adjustment
