Zhongke High Speed Cone Crusher operation principle:

Shaft is built into frame without turning which is very different from other types of cone crusher.  Power comes from motor and then transfer to counter shaft via motor sheave, crusher sheave and V-belt.  Then pinion drive eccentric assembly which again turns head assembly into a gyratory motion.  So the mantle will do a swinging motion in the direction of almost rectangular to concave.  Consequency the clearance between mantle and concave changes on the entire circumference by fixed amount.  Thereby acheveing crushing function.  As head is support on top and very compact without shaft, thereforce the turning speed and stroke can be maximize.Thus crushing effect is maximize.  This is why PA Cone Crusher is high performance.
