Chinaware ball mill mainly used for mixing, milling of the material, the fineness even, saving force. Not only the dry mill, but also wet mill. Characteristics

 

The ball mill is horizontal cylindrical rotation device, the machine is composed of feeding part, discharging part, turning part and driving part (reducer, small driving gear, electric motor and electric control). The quill shaft adopts cast steel part and the liner is detachable. The turning gearwheel adopts casting hobbing process.

 

 

 

Chinaware Ball Milling Machine Working Principle:

 

Electric motor drives the drum to rotate through reducer device, materials and steel balls in the drum will be brought to a certain height under the action of friction and centrifugal force, then drop because of the gravity. Ores can be crushed during this process. The crushed ores are discharged through the discharge opening. Through the classification of classifier, sand unqualified will be returned to the ball mill for grinding again. Conveyor feeds the materials uniformly and continously, ores enter into the ball mill uniformly and continously, materials crushed discharged continously. The chinaware ball mill can work for 24 hours per day.
