This series, our patent product, is used in grinding the non-inflammable and non-explosive stuff with Moh’s hardness below 9.3 and humidity less than 6%, such as barite, limestone, ceramics, slay, etc. Fineness of final product can be adjusted between 80 and 425 meshes and part of then can add up to 1000 meshes of final being equipped particular parts, the machine can produce coarse powders ranging from 30 to 80 meshes.

High quality raymond mill working principle:
In the main frame, a 100 - 1,500kg powered pressure spring is fixed to the roller suspender. After the grinder is put into effect, the roller rotates around the main shaft, and rolls closely against the ring pressed by the high pressure spring and centrifugal force. With a rolling pressure ratio that is 1.2 times higher than that of the Raymond grinder under the same power conditions, production output is raised substantially.

(1) The materials enter the grinding room of main equipment, the grinding roller swings outward and presses closely upon the grinding ring due to the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the main shaft.
(2) The blade carries materials to the space between the grinding roll and grinding ring, and materials are ground as the grinding roller rolls.
(3) After being ground, the powder is selected by classifier via the cycle wind of the blower and the rough powder will be back to the grinding room for regrinding.
(4) The qualified powder is brought into the powder collector together with airflow. The powder comes out as end products while the airflow goes back to the powder collector in cycling to make the machine work normally. The remained airflow comes out after purification by dust catcher.
