Introduction of Grinding Mill

Raymond mill is a kind of more common industrial powder grinding machine; it is suitable for various ore powder preparation, pulverized coal preparation, such as raw ore, gypsum, coal and other material powder processing. From the point view of shape, Raymond mill looks like an erected vertical steel container, it has air inlet, air outlet, feeding mouth in middle part. Motor is under bottom, drives the internal grinding roll rotating and grinding ring, crushing the material. Strong flowing air are blow up by air blower from the air inlet, powder separator on the upper classify the coarse and the fine, the fine powder are collected from the air outlet part. Raymond mill is more efficient, low power consumption, and less area occupied, and one-time less investment.
Raymond mill can be used to mill Carbon black, betonite, gypsum, quartz, has very good output.
Work principle :

After the massive raw materials are crushed into small pieces which meet the feed size of Raymond mill. The materials are transported to storage bin by bucket elevator, and then evenly fed to the Raymond mill by vibrating feeder. Materials are grinded between grinding mill and grinding ring, flowing air brings the powder to separator, the fine powder is collected in the cyclone collector, and discharged by discharge device. During work of Raymond mil, the shovel knife system has played a very important role.
