Refractory Cement,High Alumina Cement,Calcium Aluminate Cement,CA80:
The raw material of calcium aluminate cement CA80 are high pure calcium materials and high pure alumina.The materials should be mixed according to suitable ratio.The raw materials should be burned to partly fused.After cooling,adds some α-Al2O3 to the clinker.Then the clinker is ground to cement.Usually,the content of Al2O3 is controlled in 78~81%.The principal compounds of it are CA and CA2.The early strength of CA80 is high and strength in medial temperature is also high.The refractoriness is more than 1650°c.The refractory castable made by it has such property,the refractoriness under load is high,the strength in using temperature is high,resistance to erosion is good.For high purity,it has high erosion resistance to reducing medium such as Co,H2,Ch4,etc.
Calcium Aluminate Cement,refractroy cement, CA70, is used for making good property(low water,low cement)refractory castable.It is also used in making bulk refractory materials,which used in high temperature,high pressure,and reducing condition.Being binder of refractory castable,it is used in chemical industry,metallurgical industry,building materials,petroleum industry,refractory materials,as well as ceramic industry.
