Calcium aluminate cement is made of excellent limestone and bauxite,the raw materialsAl2O3 content is controlled 50~58%,the main composition is calcium aluminate,the cement with property of quick hardening,high early strength,and high temperature resistance,etc.
Calcium aluminate cement has high temperature resistance performance,can keep high strength under higher temperature,and the high temperature property will be improved along with increase of the CA2 content .As bonding agent,with different aggregate,we can make refractory castables with 1400°c refractoriness.
