Steel rifining desulfurizer is a commodity manufactured by our company whose raw materials are selected from limestone,bauxite and other raw materials.The raw materials should be mixed according to suitable ratio and be heated to fused or partly fused.The principal compounds in the materials are C12A7,C3A.
Property and Application:
1.low melting point(≤1370°c),low viscosity of fused slag,well liquidity and short time of slag forming.
2.high content of sulfur in the slag charge,and this products has well effect of desulfurizer,deoxygenation,dehydrogenation,meanwhile,it can availably absorb the impurity in the steel.
3.It is widely used in refining process of LF,SKF,VHD,it can improve the refining effect and extend the life of the ladle.
