. Portable Crusher Composition and working principle
The Mobile Crusher(mobile crushing and screening plants) is composed of primary crushing and screening station and secondary one, belt conveyor, etc. Every crushing station is an independent working unit, they can respectively assume their different responsibility, and the belt conveyer is responsible for material transmitting and piling up between each crushing station.

 

Application of mobile crushing station

It mainly consists of hopper, vibrating feeder, primary crushing equipment (jaw crusher or strong impact crusher), arc conveyer belt, multilayer screen, medium crushing equipment (strong impact crusher or cone crusher etc. ), fine crushing equipment (PL vertical impact crusher etc. ), movable belt conveyor, sand washer & washing apparatus and electric control equipment. They are placed on one or a couple of trailers, forming a complete movable crushing and screening line; are also be segmented fabrication, in the middle are linked by conveyor forming half movable model. The station is mainly used in highway, railway, metallurgy, ore mining, building materials and other enterprises which need to be relocated and mobile. The production capacity is 30-300t/h.
