River Sand drying machine working principle:
1. Wet sand is carried to the hopper by the Belt Conveyor or bucket elevator, then through the feeding pipe the materials are sent into the side.
2. Set feeding tube inclination angle to sand can flow down the cylinder. Dryer cylinder is located slightly in a slope. The sand is put in from the higher end , heat is sent in from the lower end.
3. As the cylinder rotates, the sand run to the lower end due to the force of gravity.
4. When flowing down in the cylinder, the sand is dried directly or indirectly from the heater, then sent out at the discharge side by the belt conveyor or screw conveyor.
5. On the tube wall, there are boards to expand contact surface between materials and airflow so as to reduce drying time and to promote material progress.
6. Before releasing materials, reduce the dust content by the dust catcher.
