Coal Drying Machine

Application:

Working Principle:

The wet coal with 15%-17% moisture content is firstly scattered through special feeding scattering device, then sent to the feeding machine by belt-type feeder, after that, the wet coal will be conveyed into the roller of the raw coal dryer by feeding machine. The coal slime, ruffled by the shoveling plate evenly distributed in the drying roller, scatter evenly and thus get fully contact with the hot air to reach the purpose of heat transferring and mass transferring. The slurry after drying will be discharged by the star like tripper in the end of the roller as the finished product, and then be output by the belt discharging machine, thus complete the whole drying process.
