The basic process of sand production line

First stone is sent evenly to heavy stone crusher to rough crush by vibrating feeder. The rough crushed materials are sent into fine machine for further broken by belt conveyor. The fine material is transferred to the vibrating screen to classify. The finished products achieving the requirements are sent to sand washer to wash. After cleaning the finished product is conveyed out to be final goods. The finished product that doesn't meet the requirement size returns to the sand-making machine to process from the vibrating screen to form the cycle circulation. Finished product can be combined and graded according to the customer’s demand to particle size. If choose dry process production process, can equippe thick powder separator and dust removal equipment.

The operation caution of sand-making production line equipment at start and operation

After ready to work, you shouldoperate according to the stipulated drive order.We should pay attention to ammeter of control cabinet when start the main motor. After 30-40 s start peak current, current will be down to normal work current value. In normal operation process, also should pay attention to current not over rating for too long time.You could start feeding machine after jaw crusher operating normally. And according to the size of the block material and the jaw grinder’s running circumstance, adjust the feeding machine’s turn to change feeding dose.Usually,material accumulation height in the crushing cavity is more than two-thirds of the crushing cavity height. The diameter of feeding material had better not exceed 50% 60% of the feeding width, at this moment the production capacity of jaw crusher is the highest. When material is a larger piece, it can cause congestion, affect the normal production. We should protect metals (such as shovel teeth, crawler board, drill bits, etc.) into the jaw crusher, lest damage machine. When they go through the jaw crusher, it shall immediately notify the next post operation personnel to remove,prevent causing accidents into the second broken system. In the circuit checking,we should must stop to deal with failure when the machine noise is innormal, we should immediately stop feeding.And when all the materials of the crushing cavity are discharging out,we should stop the main motor and cut off the power to check
