2.Application of High Intensity Wet Magnetic Separator
High Intensity Wet Magnetic Separator is used to separate magnetite, hematite, limonite, pyrrhotite, ilmenite smaller than 3 mm in wet way. It is also used to separate iron in coal, nonmetallic ore, construction industry, etc. We can provide magnetic separators of forward flow, semi counter flow and counter flow types according to customers’ request.
 
3.Working principle of High Intensity Wet Magnetic Separator
Slurry enters chute through ore tank firstly, and then separating zone by waterpower.  Mineral with strong magnetism is absorbed on the barrel surface, sent to concentrate discharging zone and discharged into concentrate box by water effect.  Gangue and ore with weak magnetism are discharged into a pipe in opposite direction of barrel.
