1. Treatment of Raw Materials
2. Ingredient pouring

After the above materials are prepared, electronic scale measures them respectively, mixer mixing them, thereafter, adding the measured aluminum powder, mixing for 45s, and pouring into mold.

3. Cutting

After pouring and foaming, the base quietly stops to certain hardness for cutting. Overturning the base 90 degrees through the overturning cutting machine, firstly cutting horizontally, and then cutting vertically.

4. Steam curing

The cut base reaches certain quantity through travelling marshalling, and then entering to still kettle for 4h curing
