Air Turnover process Unit - Block Making Machine
 
First of all,close and match stored raw material
  1. feed them into puring mixer
  2. after evenly mixing
  3. they poured in the mould  to be reinforced by steel bars for slabs
  4. After pre-curing under a certain tempreature for a period of time,the blank shall have a certain of hardness.The mould and the blank shall be then hanged to the cutting machinety by the tilting hanget to fulfil following actions titling the mould 90 in the air
  5. One side plate of the mould become the blottom to support  the blank until end producer is handened
  6. Hanged to the cart or the cutting support to open mould or  demoulding
  7. The demoulded trame and returned side plate shall be reoganized into the mould,and shall be ready for next pouring after cleaning and oil spraying.
   8.  The blank then be cut on the cutting machinery in six sides
  1.  
    1. two vertical sides of blank are cut
    2. then the horizontal cutting ctoss cutting longitudinally
    3. and the horizontal cutting cross cutting or chopper-like cutting at last
AAC Block Production Line
AAC is made from silicon material (silica sand, or recycled fly ash and silica gangue) and calcium material (lime, cement), mixing with foaming additive (aluminum powder), batching with water, the reaction between aluminum and concrete causes microscopic hydrogen bubbles to form, expanding the concrete to about five times its original volume. It is made into the multi-cells silicate products by the processes of resting, tilting, cutting and autoclaving.
 
Fly Ash/Sand AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) Block Plant is actually hydrated calcium silicate. The calcium is obtained from quick lime, hydrated lime and cement. The gypsum is used as a catalyst and for optimizing the properties of AAC. The silica is obtained from silica sand, fly ash (PFA), crushed silica rock and/or stone. It is possible to obtain silica as a by-product from other processes, e.g. foundry sand or burgee from glass grinding, provided the levels of alkalis or other impurities, are not too high.AAC Plant, AAC Cutter, AAC Cutting Machine
