Shaping type: Adopting unique synchronous structure to ensure the consistency of every brick, table vibration with strong vibrating force (attain to 100kn), it compacts the aggregate in very short time and guarantees the good quality, as well as with low noise.

 

It is with high technology, use advanced France Schneider PLC for automatic control and use imported USA hydraulic components, with main machine dialogue interface and easy to change date for different brick producing and easy to maintenance. It is with automatic alarm and stop for accident.

 

It is also with remote control function which can transfer data and trouble shooting, and remote picture playback system which will be easy to diagnose.

 

Mould frame are made of 55# Manganese steel, and tamper head is made of 16# manganese steel. After carburizing,the hardness can reach 60 degrees, lifespan can use over 100000 times. Standard brick mould can double-side use, lifespan can use over 120000 times.
