*Description:micro brass coated steel fiber is processed by the carbon steel wire according to the theory of cold-work hardening, being electroplated, cut to lengths, this process increases the steel fiber’s strength and hardness. For the reinforcement project of mortar or concrete, micro brass coated steel fiber plays important role, especially in UHPC,RPC, etc.

*Technical data:
-Steel fiber reinforced concrete has the same mixing sequence with the plain concrete in the batching plant mixing process, what is the most important, it is forbidden to add the steel fiber as the first component mixture.
-Total mixing time 6minutes max., the specific mixing time should be done according to the dry/wet mixing requirement.Moreover, the mixing lasts about 2minutes when all of the components including steel fiber is added, too short mixing time will not play the steel fiber’s reinforcing role, too long will cause balling.Adding steel fiber to the batch plant mixer in batches when mixing and small trial before mass mixing is recommended.
