Automatic Brick Making Machine
Brick making machine is a semi-automatic model that has developed on the basis of QTJ4-26 model, integrates the advantages of past small and medium-sized block molding machine. The aircraft uses four-pillar orientation, square steel rack; the bottom mold uses the directional vertical vibration mode. The machine equips with an air compressor, making the process of advance and retreat of upper module, material-discharging control use pneumatic, achieving the gas & electricity integrating control, therefore greatly enhance the productivity.

Product description:

QT6-15 is improved based on QT4-15, it can produce six blocks of 390mm × 190mm × 190mm hollow brick per mold, greatly enhanced the production efficiency, can produce 30 blocks of Standard brick 240mm × 115mm × 53mm per mold, once every 15 seconds, automatic cycle, about 7000 blocks per hour. Electrical System use imported color touch screen and programmable Logic Controller PLC, equipped with data input and output devices, control system include security logic control and fault diagnosis system.
2. The body adopts high-precision, high-strength castings, special welding technology and materials to manufacture, rigidity, and earthquake-resistant, long life. Super-load design, action refinement, mandatory feed, little noise.
3. It uses advanced compulsory feed method, so it has the characteristics of wide applicability of raw materials. Rapid and uniform feed, high yield, it is the leading environmental performance in domestic models. A multi-purpose machine, it can produce different specifications brick, hollow block, curb stone, brick roads and tree planting grass brick, slope protection brick and other cement products. Fabric device can produce color brick road etc.
