*Description:hook ends steel fiber is processed by the carbon steel wire according to the theory of cold-work hardening, cut to lengths, this process increases the steel fiber’s strength and hardness. *Technical data:
-Steel fiber reinforced concrete has the same mixing sequence with the plain concrete in the batching plant mixing process, what is the most important, it is forbidden to add the steel fiber as the first component mixture.
-Total mixing time 6minutes max., the specific mixing time should be done according to the dry/wet mixing requirement.Moreover, the mixing lasts about 2minutes when all of the components including steel fiber is added, too short mixing time will not play the steel fiber’s reinforcing role, too long will cause balling.Adding it to the batch plant mixer in batches and small trial before mass mixing is recommended.
