MaRS narrow-band tunable laser (nTL) is an external cavity semiconductor laser based on chip level integration. It is characterized by high reliability, accurate wavelength control, high output power and small form-factor etc. Due to its external cavity structure, the laser has very narrow spectrum line-width. It also features fast tuning speed and low power consumption.
2. FEATURES
With a tuning range of 4 to 8 nm, the laser can be continuously tuned or step tuned to ITU grid with a built-in wavelength locker.
It supports wavelength output within C& L band.
