1. Accept exchange unconditionally for the spoiled goods, and charge double freight.
2.If the laptop is damaged by our spoiled battery, and it is verified by MAST or any other third party, we will arrange to fix the laptop or provide relevant compensation.
Warranty service is not avalible in the following condition:
1.Without Barcode of MAST; or counterfeit products of MAST.
2. Have been taken apart unauthoritly; or PC board is broken, or deformation of case.
3. Have passed the period of warranty.
