QG-HYZ2002 Isolated Positive Pressure Compressed Oxygen Respirator
1. Overview:
HY2 type isolated compressed gas respirator is designed in the original type of AHG-2of breathing apparatus, based on the technological innovations of the modified generation product, is a new generation of oxygen breathing apparatus. Product implementation of the PRC coal industry MT453-1995 "insulated compressed oxygen breathing apparatus" standard, widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, coal, mining, laboratory and other industries (sector), for specially trained personnel in the toxic, harmful to the environment (general atmosphere) for emergency, accident, ambulance work use.
2. Features:
(1). Shell is made of antistatic, flame-retardant high-strength plastic housing, not only reduces weight but also improves equipment safety (the original AHY-2-type breathing apparatus is used in aluminum alloy enclosure)
(2). Group of products using rapid dress strap and shoulder pad is designed to make users more comfortable to wear (straps and shoulder pads are made with fire-retardant materials).
(3). Oxygen bottle according to user needs with high-strength aluminum alloy cylinders or bottles, which is 40% lighter than the former.
(4). There are two types of mask for the user to choose: a large field of vision mask and the original AHG-2-type mask.
(5). Exhalation valve, suction valve, exhaust valve diaphragm with silicone rubber, silicone rubber membrane applied to three-valve structure is more reasonable, the service life extended.
(6). Since high-strength plastic housing and aluminum cylinder applications, machine weight reduce 1K g or more compared with the original equipment AHG-2 breathing apparatus, more conducive to wear operation.
3. Work:
The gas of the wearer exhaled pass through the mask, hose and exhalation valve through the breath into the clean tank, the tank of carbon dioxide gas absorbent to absorb the remaining gas into the balloon. The oxygen stored in other bottle pass through the high pressure pipe, pressure reducer into the airbag, mixed a mixture of oxygen gas. When breathing, oxygen gas from the balloon through suction valve, suction hose, mask into the body, thus completing a breathing cycle. This process, the exhalation valve and suction valve are one-way valve to ensure that the breathing air is always one-way circulation.
There are three oxygen supplied ways of the respirator:
(1). Quantitative oxygen, that is, the flow of ventilation at 1.3L/min-1.1L/min in the oxygen supply to the air bag can meet the moderate labor intensity needs.
(2). Automatic supply oxygen, that is, when the labor intensity increases, the quantitative oxygen supply cannot meet the respiratory needs of the wearer, the automatic supply devices to more than 60L/min flow of oxygen supply to the air bag automatically.
(3). Manual oxygen supply, which in the aggregate when the balloon needs to be cleared too much gas, auto supplies oxygen supply cannot meet the needs of the wearer and the respirator respiratory failure, oxygen supply can be used manually.

6. The use&operation
First step: After wearing the respirator, open the oxygen cylinder switch, observe the pressure gauge indicated.
The second step: Press the button to manually supply gas to remove the original accumulation of gas inside the balloon.
The third step: After wearing the mask and deep breathing, observe the various parts of breathing apparatus is good or not, confirmed before entering the work area.
7. Inspection, maintenance, custody
(1). Check:
After using, the respirator should be regularly check the parts is good or not.
(2). Maintenance:
After using, the respirator must be restored to the dormant state.
First, After using, clean tanks must be replaced.
Seond, Refilled oxygen cylinders.
Third, The mask, breathing tube, etc. should be cleaned and disinfected.
Fourth, Clean the shell, but the regulator must be prevented water.
Fifth, Installing the parts, carefully check whether the connection exists or damaged gaskets.
Sixth, When cleaning the components to prevent knocking, damage, resulting in poor air tightness.
(3). Storage:
First, Breathing apparatus and spare parts should be avoided direct sunlight, avoid rubber aging.
Second, Respirator should be kept clean, and prevent dust or other hazardous substances contamination.
Third, Non-contaminated oil.
Fourth, Storage conditions: temperature 5 - 30 ℃, relative humidity 40-80% range, no corrosive gas environment.
Fifth, Oxygen bottle storage and operations staff must strictly comply with the regulations.
