General Descriptions:The central screw and the outer ribbon are connected to the cycloidal needle wheel reducer, and they rotate at an identical revolution. In operation, the central screw lifts the material from bottom to top; meanwhile, the ribbon with a higher linear velocity spirals to lift the material from bottom to top along the cone wall. The two kinds of motions make the material be thrown into the space tangentially. And the material effects strong convection, shearing and diffusion, thus a quick mixing effect is achieved. (The screw can also be made to a reverse one).
Application:It is suitable for the mixing or reaction of fluid with a high viscosity within 200,000 Cp, such as paint, coating, and adhesive; its is especially suitable for the mixing of non-Newton fluid with high solid content.

2. First fill the heat-conducting oil into the jacket, then switch on power and start the temperature controller to work, and operate according to the designated temperature scope in the contract ( the user chooses to purchase the designated heat-conducting oil)
3. Note: wiring safety is in accordance with the relevant customized standards' requirement.
4. If the temperatures at the top and bottom are not balanced or have a large difference, please equip a circulation pump to adjust (for the monument of the outer configurations, see the drawing on the left); if the temperature is normal and even, the device needn't being mounted.
5. According to the different areas and application scopes, if the user wants to equip with heat-insulation asbestos, please equip additionally according to the actual situation (Note: the machine is without such configuration when it is sold.)

Note:For the cooling water for circulation use, which passes in and out, an expansion tank should be equipped, and the tank must be above the jacket.

In operation, attentions should be given, if there is a pressure in the jacket, it is required to mount a safety valve to match the corresponding pressure at the outlet. (The valve is configured and mounted by the user). Otherwise, if the machine is distorted or damaged or has other breakdown, then the user will be responsible for it.
2. Pay attention to that whether the temperature (or pressure) in the jacket is in accordance with the requirements in the contract, and the jacket should be mounted according to the requirements in the contract, and the requirements in the contract won't be exceeded. The relevant operational procedures are all conducted according to the corresponding designated requirement and standard. Otherwise, the user is to be responsible for the effected consequences.
