Model 30BV is made from stainless steel. Its inner wall is processed finely, so it is smooth and level. It overcomes the shortcomings of Model 30BIII such as roughness, and the phenomenon of powder accumulation. It makes the products of medicines, foodstuff, chemicals and so on in conformity with the requirements of state standard and meet the requirements of GMP.
Principle of Structure and Its Function:The grinder set consists of Model 30B grinder, EXC collector of raw material and ESC collective duster. It solves the problem that the dust will fly during the period of crushing raw material.
The principle of work is as follows: after raw material is fed into the crushing chamber, it undertakes the comprehensive actions such as impact by teeth, shearing force, friction, impact between raw materials, finally the raw materials are crushed. Through sieving, the needed powder can be got.
